We like to keep our return policy simple, friendly, and free of legal gobilty-gook. Heres the deal:
If you order something and it doesn't arrive, contact us. We will either refund your money or send you a replacement with no additional shipping charge.
If you order something and it arrives damaged, contact us. You can return it and we will cover the shipping. Or if you send us a picture of the broken product, we may be able to refund your money if you decide you don't want a replacement.
If you order something and decide you don't like it, contact us. We will discuss the situation and try to find the best outcome, such as exchanging for a different item, color, etc. If you opt for a exchange or full return, you will be responsible for shipping both ways.
All claims/exchanges/returns can only be honored within five buisness days of recieving a product.
